Shipping
All orders are processed within the following timeframes after receiving your order confirmation email:
• Standard, PEP PAXI & Pudo Lockers: 5 business days
• Express: 1–2 business days
Once processed, your order is handed over to the courier for delivery. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods such as sales, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Returns
At Kurv, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact

Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way

You must submit your return request via email within 2 days of receiving the item

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Returns are only accepted upon approval. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Delivery Fee is non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
