Refund policy

At Kurv, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their order. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, certain conditions apply to all returns and exchanges.

Return Request Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be approved.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, stains, or damage

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival before approval of any refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene purposes, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Thong bodysuits

  • Underwear/intimate items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Worn or washed garments

Kurv reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a collection is arranged by Kurv, the applicable courier fee may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed for the item value only

  • Original shipping costs are excluded

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at Kurv’s discretion.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number so we may assist accordingly.

How to Request a Return:

Please email us at info@shopkurv.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo of the item

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Returns are only accepted upon approval. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Delivery Fee is non-refundable.
