Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kurv, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a request.

1. Exchanges Only


We only accept exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:


  • The item must have its original tags attached.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and undamaged).

2. No Refunds / Returns


We do not offer refunds or general returns unless there is a valid reason and the return request is approved by Kurv.

3. Shipping Fees


  • A flat shipping rate of R99 applies to all orders.
  • Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping.

4. Return Submission Window


Customers must submit an exchange/return request within 2 days of receiving their order. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered.

5. Exchange Method


  • All exchanges must be sent by mail.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Restocking Fee


  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

7. Approval Process


If you believe your return qualifies for an exchange, please follow these steps:


  • Contact us at sales@shopkurv.co.za with the order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
  • If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
