How to Measure Yourself

To get the most accurate measurements, wear lightweight or fitted clothing, and use a flexible measuring tape. Stand naturally without holding your breath, and ensure the tape lies flat against your skin without digging in.

Bust

  • Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust.
  • Keep the tape level across your back and avoid pulling it too tight.
  • Note your measurement in centimetres.

Waist

  • Find the narrowest part of your natural waist—this is typically where your body folds when you bend to one side.
  • Keep the tape comfortably snug but not constricting.
  • Record the measurement in centimetres.

Hips

  • Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
  • Ensure the tape remains level and straight.
  • Note the measurement in centimetres.

Use the table below as a guideline

If you find yourself between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Our shapewear is designed to gently hug your form, so a slightly roomier fit often ensures all-day ease.
