SIZING GUIDE
Feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear
At Kurv, we’re committed to helping you feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. Our sizing guide is designed to make it easy for you to find your ideal fit, whether you’re trying on a bodysuit, waist trainer, jumpsuit, or faja pants. With just a few simple measurements, you’ll be on your way to a supportive, flattering garment that feels like a second skin.
How to Measure Yourself
To get the most accurate measurements, wear lightweight or fitted clothing, and use a flexible measuring tape. Stand naturally without holding your breath, and ensure the tape lies flat against your skin without digging in.
01
Bust
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust.
- Keep the tape level across your back and avoid pulling it too tight.
- Note your measurement in centimetres.
02
Waist
- Find the narrowest part of your natural waist—this is typically where your body folds when you bend to one side.
- Keep the tape comfortably snug but not constricting.
- Record the measurement in centimetres.
03
Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
- Ensure the tape remains level and straight.
- Note the measurement in centimetres.
Use the table below as a guideline
If you find yourself between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Our shapewear is designed to gently hug your form, so a slightly roomier fit often ensures all-day ease.
Size | Bust (cm) | Waist (cm) | Hips (cm) |
---|---|---|---|
S | 81-86 | 64-69 | 88-93 |
M | 87-92 | 70-75 | 94-99 |
L | 93-98 | 76-81 | 100-105 |
XL | 99-104 | 82-87 | 106-111 |
XXL | 105-110 | 88-93 | 112-117 |
XXXL | 111-116 | 94-99 | 118-123 |
What Does “Compression” Mean?
A compression bodysuit applies pressure to improve blood flow, support muscles, and boost comfort during daily activities or workouts.
Low Compression
Provides gentle support and is ideal for beginners or casual use. Comfortable enough for everyday wear without feeling tight.
Medium Compression
Offers firmer pressure for better muscle support during exercise. Still flexible enough for regular activities.
High Compression
Applies tight pressure for maximum stabilization. Can feel restrictive at first, often used by serious athletes.
Choosing the Right Level
Select a compression level that supports your goals without causing discomfort. Experiment to find the perfect balance.

SIZING TIPS
Tips for Selecting the Right Size
Consider Your Comfort
If you’re new to shapewear, opt for a size that feels supportive but never restrictive.
Check Product-Specific Information
Some styles may run slightly tighter or looser depending on their fabric and design. Refer to the product description for any specific fit notes.
Plan for Versatility
If you’re in between sizes and prefer a more relaxed fit, go up a size. If you’re aiming for a firmer hold, consider the smaller size but ensure it remains comfortable.
